In the Selections section the user sees all the selected products and the accessories which will be inserted to the MagiCAD project. Use the “Add” buttons to add more products under selection. Use the “Insert to MagiCAD” button to insert the products in the project.
After the “Insert to MagiCAD” button has been selected, the Selection Tool browser view is closed and insert operation continues in AutoCAD and MagiCAD. MagiCAD for AutoCAD Radiator Selection dialog is started automatically to insert the radiator products in to drawing. The dialog is the same which is used with MagiCAD product inserts. This means also that the installation of the inserted products can be started later from MagiCAD V&P module’s Piping panel -> Piping Device -> Radiator button.
The dialog shows all the existing radiators and connection sets in the project.
Select the correct radiator and connection set to be inserted. If connection set has option to change the connections direction (side or down) those are separated in the connection set product code with SC (side) and DC (down) values.
Select the heating system for the radiator. This should be the same as used in product selection phase. Set also the required heating power.
Connections positions can be also change in this phase. This can be used to set the connection set to exist on the right or the left side of the radiator.
Finally click “Ok” button to insert the radiator and connection set to drawing.
Select the position for the radiator and connection set.
The user can install single or multiple products and after first product, MagiCAD Install product dialog is shown and user is able to set the product details and product height level.
