2.1.7. Contact Support

 
 
If you experience issues when using MagiCAD Connect, you can send an email via this feature which helps MagiCAD's support team in solving the problem.
Upon clicking the button a log-file is created which potentially can catch the cause of the issues the user experiences.
 
An automatic email will open asking for more specified details and attach the log-file which has been created.
 
 
 
You might get the following error, but by pressing "Yes" you will copy the same information to the clipboard, that is shown in the email above, where you will also see the path to the log file:
